Leader of a research projects funded by the Bulgarian National Science Foundation in collaboration with England (1992 - 1995) and with Japan (1997 - 2000).

M.Sc.: University of Sofia, Institute on semiconductor physics and technology, title of the thesis: "Single quantum method for investigation of photoluminescence kinetics", November 1987.

Business qualification: As an Executive Director of Advanced Technology Ltd. since March 1994 I have experience from all stages of the development of a new product and its introduction at the international market. I attended several one week courses on management delivered by EU professors. 4 week training in management in Osaka, Japan in Nov. 1995 sponsored by JICA. 3 month business training course in Bulgaria in 1998.
